DESCRIPTION:Learn how to sew your very own appliqué cushion cover with our experienced tutor. \nKaty who will guide you through all of the steps. You will learn how to: \n\nmeasure and cut from a pattern\nset up the sewing machine\nsew plain seams\ninsert a zip\nuse a range of fabrics to applique a unique pattern onto your own cushion cover\n\nWhat do I need to bring? \nJust your sewing machine. Everything else will be provided to make the cushion cover. Please note the cushion insert will not be provided. If you have one you wish to use for your cover feel free to bring that with you as well. \nPrevious experience required? \nThis workshop is suitable for advanced beginners. You need to have good basic knowledge of a sewing machine and be able to sew a straight stitch. You will need to be familiar with your machine and how to use it’s basic features such as winding and inserting the bobbin\, threading up your machine and needle\, changing the feet and needle and sewing a straight stitch. This session is not suitable for complete sewing machine beginners.
