Beginners Sewing – Adults or children welcome

Would you love to learn how to use a sewing machine? Perhaps you have a child who would love to sew? Join Debbie who will show you how!

What will you learn?

Join Debbie and she will show you the basics of using a sewing machine. You will learn how to thread the machine, wind a bobbin, understand basic stitches, how to change the foot.

Everyone will have the opportunity to put their new skills into practice by completing a small project.

This workshop is recommended for adults or children ages 8+. Adults are welcome to come by themselves. Parents/carers will need to stay with the children. If both adult and child would like to take part please book 2 tickets. If only the child wishes to take part please book 1 ticket.

None, this is suitable for beginners

What will I need to bring?

If you have your own sewing machine please bring that along, otherwise you are welcome to use one of our studio machines. Do let us know when booking if you need to borrow a machine.
