  • We will collect information that is pertinent to the creation of a contract between us and includes your name, address, email address and telephone number.  If you are contracting with us for an event, we may obtain information concerning your dietary requirements also (if refreshments are provided) and any medical conditions that are pertinent to the delivery of an event by us.
  • The information collected will be to administer your employment with us and will include your name, gender, date of birth, national insurance number, residential address, bank details, emergency contact details, medical information that is pertinent to your employment and that other information which you provide in your CV or application for employment. 
  • Visitors to our website. This is information about you that you give us by filling in forms on our site bugweedslimited.co.uk (“our site“).  It includes information you provide when you:
    • register to use our site,
    • subscribe to our service,
    • search for a product,
    • place an order on our site,
    • book courses or events,
    • participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on our site or other online medium,
    • enter a competition, promotion or survey and when you report a problem with our site.

We work closely with third parties (including, for example, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies) who may on occasion provide information pertaining to you.  You have the right to know what information is processed to us in this way.

Where we store your personal data
