Gather together this October half term and enjoy a little creative time at Bugweed’s!
Our Autumnal Wall Hanging workshop is all about spending quality time together, sharing ideas and enjoying the simple pleasure of making something by hand.
Working side by side, you’ll create your very own autumnal wall hanging, inspired by the beautiful colours and cosy feel of the season. Choose your favourite colours, get creative and make something special to take home and enjoy long after the leaves have fallen. Sewing machines will be available to use and if you are a complete beginner, don’t worry Helene is there to help!
This workshop is suitable for children in Key Stage 2 and their accompanying adults. It’s a lovely opportunity to put the screens aside, slow down and enjoy some uninterrupted time together.
Do the grown-ups need to book a ticket too?
Please book a place for every person who will be making a wall hanging. Adults are there to support and guide their young makers, helping them enjoy the process and celebrating their creativity along the way. However, if you’d like to make your own wall hanging too, you’re very welcome to join in – simply purchase a ticket for yourself as well!
What’s included?
All materials needed to create your autumnal wall hanging are provided, along with refreshments to enjoy during the session. Just bring yourselves and a willingness to have a go!
