Fibre Friends Skills Hour – Cast On!

Fibre Friends is all about different cast on methods for the next four sessions. Each session is booked separately with a free knitting accessory for each session!

Session 1 Thursday 22nd May- Master the method of the knitted picot cast on so you can add this decorative scalloped edge to your knits. Its delicate edge will add detail and interest to your garments and blankets.

You will need a ball of DK yarn and some 4mm knitting needles.

These are small, relaxed knitting sessions where our lovely expert, Geraldine, will guide you through the process of sock knitting and answer all your questions. Basic knitting skills are required but you will no doubt learn quickly and confidently within the group so don’t worry if you are relatively new to knitting!
